I’VE WORN ALL OF THE LIMITING BELIEFS

I always had more ideas that I could possibly execute. 

One attempt after another not finishing what I started created a strong belief of failure, self-judgment and despair.

I lacked confidence and found myself swirling and confused in my ideas without taking action–fear of failure, fear of being seen, fear of succeeding, and on and on.

It wasn’t until I got so tired of the same old story, that I took on the challenge and committed to seeing something through to completion.

Traveled the World Solo
for One Year

My first ONE Big Thing was traveling the world solo for a year with a backpack.

I booked the ticket and there was no turning back.

I planned, prepared and got on an airplane with the intent of returning - some day!

One year later, I returned and I was a very different person–confident, world traveled, and fearless of the big wide world.

Wrote a Book in 45 Days

Another pivotal Big Thing was writing my book, upSwing | 80 Mindful Practices to Shift Your Life from Blues to Bliss in 45 days from start to publish.

I took on a 30-day challenge to write a book because challenges work for me.

I committed and I did took one step after another and held the book in my hands 45 days after saying yes.

This is where I learned the power of commitment, and that it’s not a dirty word.

Won a Pitch Deck Award

 

I lifted an old business dream out of the darkness and into the light, and by golly, I won at pitch deck competition and I'm now on my way to building that business!
